Risk Assessment Module
By first completing the training module in Workstation Safety Plus your employees will have already mitigated some of their risk factors. The next stage is to complete a self-assessment.
Unlike many companies Omega Health Systems put you squarely in control of your risk assessment needs. Our assessments are fully customizable and available in conditional or linear form.
Most importantly you can utilize different risk assessment for different groups of people. This ensures that your employees with ‘special’ risks are properly managed (for example, employees who work at counters, in laboratories, etc). This approach is especially important for global rollouts and different risk assessments can be used to meet national regulations in each country.
After completing their risk assessment each employee will receive personalized feedback to help them resolve their issues. You can update the advice they receive in real time.
All risk assessment data is stored into our management module, PACE.
